Are there any species of 100% Freshwater Horseshoe Crabs?

If so, what species

Thanks, I grew a brain with them :)

Greetings,
Not all species of Horseshoe crabs inhabit marine ecosystems.Atleast one species found in South India and Southeast Asia inhabits mangroves and estuaries and ascends complete fresh water habitats when spawning and thrives in a brackish water aquarium if their special needs are met! These include a deep, soft substrate, atleast 10-12 cms in depth,a salinity of 1.010 ppm and regular, daily feedings of frozen bloodworms, mysid, brine shrimp, clams, mussels as well as pieces of shrimp and fish.Feeding should be a simple enough matter.Just remove the Horseshoe crab out and flip it over on it's back and place the food in it's legs allowing the animal to get a firm grip on it's meal.Once that's done, simply place the animal back in the aquarium allowing it to feed.Effecient filtration would be a good idea as these are large animals that NEED a lot of food and produce copious ammounts of waste.
I hope this helps.
Many thanks and warm regards,
Javed Jameer Ahmed.
