Hot Dog Fish (v. identify this fish)

I spotted this fish in a restaurant and have no idea what it is. Looks like a lungfish and a catfish crossbred to make this catastrophe.

Eel catfish? its too round and not long enough I think...

Walking catfish, Clarias sp. Looks like a deformed tail.

Wonder if I could trade the restaurant a good, working order, low mileage catfish for their messed up one.

Thanks for the info everyone, I've never heard of these catfish before and it turns out they are invading my state!
