We have a 2000 gallon outdoor pond and a smaller 750 gallon indoor pond in a large atrium. We also have an empty hot tub that we have not used for the past 12 years in the atrium. We have 15 large koi outside and 30 smaller koi inside. We've been fighting herons and cranes eating our koi outside and this morning I saw a crane eat a fish right before my eyes!

We've had enough and we want to bring all our fish inside (besides get a shotgun to kill all herons and cranes!!!!!!!!).

We want to transform our hot tub into an indoor pond. Has anybody done this before? Thanks so much!

you would just need to install good canister filters inline to a few of the returns... and disconnect the heaters... personally i would just use a pond net to keep the herons and cranes out and use the hot tub for me....
