hound sharks

Was reading up on them and seen there is one that only grows up to a little over a foot was wondering if anyone knew what kind it is and who sells them

I have never seen anyone selling anything like that. You will have a hard enough time finding a regular grey hound shark. Is this due to aquarium size limitations? If so what size tank do you have?

I dont have a tank yet for one but yes keeping a shark that wont get over 2ft would be great and the hound shark is the only shark i know of that looks like a free swimmer not wanting none of the bottom feeder sharks

The houndshark you are referring to is Iago mangalorensis, from the Gulf of Aden and Southwest India. It would be a difficult fish to acquire.
