is it safe to put a juvie leopard gecko with a house gecko(they would be about the same size) if its just temperary?

I dont know much about the nature of house geckos but usually if a leo sees something wiggling thats not one of its own it might go for a bite.I wouldn't do it.Can you not get a temp plastic sweater box or something for one of them while you do what you need to do whatever the heck that is?I just think their may be stress on them other wise.

No.
Just get a tempory plastic cage or small tank.
(:

no. lepard geckos are from semi deserts and house geckos (eventhough they now have a global distrubution) are from south east asian rainforest, compleately different habitats.

its never a good idea to mix herps, escpecially from diff habitats... IDK that much about house geckos but if they are from a rainforest, then thats a definite no no

yeah like they said they got different requirements itd be okay though if it was like in with a golen gecko of the same size though they like heat and humidity too

I would say its riscky but its one of the best bad combos Ive seen here if you can call it;) As for true house geckos beiing from tropical forests that is no:grinno: But they have expanded their ranges so much that they now also live in tropical areas. Of corse many species in that genus are true rain forest species:D Now that I think of it it may just be that house geckos may live in the same habitat of leopards, only at diferent highs, after all they both ocurr in the midle east. I here also have house geckos but never actualy seen one. People here call them "osgas rosadas" or pink geckos. The other resident species the croc gecko is everywere. They are called by port people by "osgas comuns" the comon gecko;)

1 reptiles, 1 cage. 2 reptiles, 2 cages, and so on.

do it right gosh darn it! heres my flying and my barking tf sittting in a good pic pose
