Well, today it rained and rained, and of course worms came out! I decided to show u guys just what effect a little bit of live food can have on a stressed out fish.

This is the before photo, it is my krib that just got moved around a day ago (kinda stressed)

nice before and after:popcorn:

Fantastic! Looks like he would appreciate more of the same!

Do ignore the algea though, went 2 weeks without anything to eat it, scraped it off as best as i could, now i got some ottos to take care of it.

also, this guy gets a REALLY bright red belly. I thought he was a female for the longest time just because of that, but nope he's all man (soon to get a mate)

yup plain ol' nightcrawlers. My fish LOVE them! More then shrimp, feeder guppys, bloodworms or frozen food.

soon to have a partner, just gotta make a trip to somewhere where they have them. If u can believe it, those pics are taken within 5 min of each other.

When it rains here, I could find about a 100 every time. I just don't because we weed and fertilize the lawn every year so I wouldn't chance it. But there is no doubt in my mind that fish need more than just pellets.
