how about this setup?

i also had 120G tank with 1 asian arowana, 1 florida gar, 4 red malaysian mahseer (size 2inch-4inch), 2 Buttikoferi (still Baby), 3 red crayfish, 2 marbel catfish(still baby), 2 bala shark (size 2-3 inch), 2 red-tail shark (2-3inch), 1 albino senegalus birchir and 1 palmas birchir..is it ok for the setup?

no it is not okay for the setup...there are too many fishes in there..the aro will outgrow the tank..if you have a bigger tank waiting then it is fine.there are some other fishes which wont grow much and might become food for the gar or the aro or the bichir..

WAY overstocked. You need an 8 foot tank minimum. And those red tailed sharks will end up being snacks. And the crayfish are no good.

those fish are gonna get big quick and the next thing you know you have a bunch of fish that are cramped like sardines.. not a good idea.... id thin out the tank as soon as possible

Also you can't keep 2 RTBS, they'll get super aggressive with each other when older.
