Saw this in a local ads @ 9". I believe its an IT, and I also need a second opinion to prove my friend wrong.

1) the middle bar sway back a little on both side (some large ST have this characteristic)
2) thick middle black bar
3) IT tail (some ST have IT tail too)
4) high back (it will show more as it grows)
