Just wanted to start a thread and get some feedback from other pbass owners on how aggressive yours are. My mono is UBER aggressive and the only tankmate he tolerates is a fla/spotted gar. I've tried introducing other pbass, arowana etc., but mine flips out and really beats the hell out of them.
Let's here about some other experiences out there.

my tems kicked my aro's butt and when I moved them to a diff tank they are now knocking the wind out of the silver dollars when they have bio-gold in their mouths. You see bubbles, scales, and bio-gold following a brown, black, gold blur. I might actually get rid of them because of their aggression.

right now my tank stock is 1 silver aro 2 pbass (ocel i think) and 1 syndontis cat all of the fish are pretty small and in a 55gal growout while i build their permanent home. anyways up until yesterday it was just the cat aro and one pbass and he was fine but i picked up one more and hes suddenly got more aggresive but only towards the other pbass which is slightly smaller but only by like 1/4" at most.. i have 2 more pbass on order hopefully when i get them and theres 4 total the agression will drop a little if not i might not like this guy as much as i thought

Right now my tank has the following:

7 Temensis
1 Azul
1 Pinima

The pinima definitely runs the tank, it used to be my biggest temensis but he was put in check by the Pinima. I got their 220 filled up tonight and now I'm waiting for it to warm up and cycle. I haven't had any other fish with them.

My orino is a mean sucker. I put them in a bigger tank and he stills beats the others up. Just not as badly. All he does is harass the others.

my tems would chase nearly everything in the tank.
and when they werent eating or begging, they would be chasing each other constantly.
but nothing serious ever happened.
my "kelberis" are almost zero aggression....OCCASIONALLY...very RARELY,do they flare at each other and chase.
the babies i have now seem to be pretty aggressive.
i often catch them flaring and ramming each other.

I have 4 10'' Mono's that get rounded up into a corner by a 5'' dovii. Also, my 14'' Green aro chases em around the tank constantly.Dont get me wrong, they have a awesome appetite and will eat anything that will fit into there mouths but agressive...no.

My Azul is about five inches now and is starting to chase off other fish, but my Kelberi which is bigger but in another tank is still kinda moody. One day it will show intense color while threatening the glass and the next it will just rest on the bottom.

Well first off, I had to move my pair of azuls out of my growout because they were beating everyone up, now the bigger one just kicks the smaller ones ass. Now that they are gone, my smallest kelberi, also the smallest fish in the tank, runs the show. He's always shootin his fins up and flexin his gills then attacking the other kelberi. The pinima in there with them just hide from him when he has his tantrums.
