I definitely will look for weld on 40. I will see if I can find it anywhere around here. Weld on 40 is only rated for 7000 psi when the acrylic is annealed. I don't have an oven that big lol.
Bubbles can be tricky with 40 also. After mixing it you might want to suck them out with a vacum pot prior to pouring it. They work well and are relatively cheap. Good luck.
