How big a tank do you think?

Totally hypothetical situation I was toying around with last night, curious how big a tank I'd need to make it work. How big of a tank do you all think would be needed to house a breeding pair of midas, GTs, and FHs without them tearing each other to shreds? Ideally I'd like there to be enough room for the fry to grow a bit as well before I would move them to growout tanks.

Any ideas? I was thinking no smaller than 200g?

i would say over 300 i think that the GT's will get absolutely destroyed anyways
