hello how big of an aquarium will i need for 2 5'' fish that will eventually grow to 8'' ?
thank you

i would say min 75gallon, but you could get away with a 55 with good filtration

oh but also depends what kinda fish your talking about......just wanted to add that

Dependant on type of fish, but a 30g long 36x12x17" should be more then big enough.

As suggested, two 8" chinese algae eaters are going to need a much larger tank then two 8" L200's. Need more info.

I think a 29 long is to small for 2-8" fish you would have to be very good about w/c and not over feeding to keep your fish healthy

Who said anything about a 29 long? Shouldn't you be keeping up with WCs and not overfeeding regardless of tank size?

Sorry not buying into your thinking of, if ya have a larger tank you can be a lazy ass when it comes to fish keeping.
