How big can a oscar grow

Close to16 inches given necessary space and time along with good genes and food. Average though would be 13 inches

Ive heard numbers of 18 being record sized. Mine got to a foot in like 8 months and since then has only grown half an inch or so.
My lfs had a eight year old one close to 16" that died last year , he was a beast full of war wounds

My oscar grew to just over 16" lived eleven years.

Mine have always maxed in the 13-16 range man I want to raise some again after these oscar threads

Wow. Most of my experience is 13inches max with 10inch average but this realates to tiger Oscars specifically. Any pics?
