I recently got a breeding pair of Jaguar Cichlids, the male is 15 inches and the female is about 10 inches. They are housed with a 16 inch ornate bichir in a 100 gallon tank. Can anyone tell me how big these two Jags will get and how often they will breed (yes i keep up on weekly water changes and ensure the water quality is great.)?????

Do you know how old they are? In general the males get around that size, some smaller some larger. Females seem to get to around 12" same idea though, some larger some smaller. If they are younger they could still grow a little.

Yea, rule of thumb would be a 75 for a female, a 90 for a male, and a 150 for a pair. Your male is prob maxed out at 15", although I've heard of them hitting 18", I've never seen one get that big. Good choice with the bichir tho, it's one of the few fish my big cichlids don't try to kill during breeding time, tho I would have a divider handy if they spawn just in case the bichir wants to snack on eggs, the jags will kill it.
