how big does this guy look?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Im going to say about 18-20inches. Looks like it needs allot more space to actually move. Seems like it starts to swim a little then has to hit the brakes.

title states 1000liters so about 260 gallons. Despite the "too small of a tank for this VATF", I got to say it looks immaculate & very well taken care of......which surprises the heck out me. Must be the calmest big VATF ever!! I can't imagine doing a 50% water change in that tank. Simply amazing specimen. Wish the video was taken in HD.

I agree. Even though it is cramped, he seems calm and cool.

It's big enough to justify a bigger tank.

:(

Lol, that things bigger than 20 I'd say ... I'd give him 24 inches at least, and he looks calm and happy although I agree that a bigger tank would def be better .... that thing makes mine look like a guppy and mines about 16-17 inches easy, and thick ... I'll also say that as my ATF's have grown the GATF's havent calmed down as much as the VATF ... the behavior of the VATF in my experience is much more tank friendly vs the Goliaths, not to mention the max size differences and everything that comes along with it
