I know in the wild they can reach up to 30" but I want to know how big can a Jardini growth in a tank?
Would anyone care to share their jardini with a pic?
Also one more question, can an adult Jardini continue to growth after the 4th years?
Here is mine. Not sure how big - had him for not so long though. Grows fast and eats alot. When i got him he was wayyy smaller than the juvenile silver (3" puny jar compared to 4" silver) now he is bigger i think. I don't see any reason why a fish would stop growing after 4 years. As long as there is room it will grow.
I am not a good reference for price ...seeing that i am on the other side of the pond.
A juvi jar (up to 5") cost around 30-40 USD depending on your bargaining skills. Never seen a large one for sale before. I suppose it depends on private sellers.
