How Big Is Your NTT?

I love NTT though seems to be rare to see any larger than 4". I'd like to see some photos of your larger NTT. Post photos and size, let's see who's got the biggest NTT on MFK.

I know for fact there are larger here but here's mine, 7.5" nose to tip of the tail.

Is that a sort body simoncym? Yours looks to have a nice, full neck bar.

I very much doubt the neck band connects all the way round. Some have a small mark on the underside but rarely is it all connected
A Full neck band ntt is uber rare.

Your more likely to find a short body tiger.

yes gage,ade ,brought as a sort body,half neck bro . to be honest..the other side not connected.
but funny thing is that,some time it appear to be full neck,i just dont know why,any expert can pls advise?

Picked this guy up in June 2008 at 2.50" he's now a measured 12" plus. Been raised on Hikari Food Sticks, Cichlid Gold, Massivore Delight, and raw shrimp once every week or two.

In theory NTT's are supposed to max out at 12" but I've read many opinions stating they grow much larger. Hopefully I'll find out sooner or later (knock on wood).

It's not that they max at 12" but then to die by 12" for some reason. I would post mine, but it died last week at 6.5" I have 2 more, but both are under 3" at the moment. There are some members here with NTTs over 12" I'm sure some members have 14"-16"

That's one big beauty and I have never seen a thinbar with a full necklace...My NTT is pushing seven inches.
