how big of a tank do i need?

I have a 11" red tail golden arowana, 4" phoenix and 3-3" silver dollars, currently in a 100gallon tank but not sure what should be the next size and when?

I would say a 6'x2'x2' would be good, but the bigger the tank the happier the fish.

If it was me I would try to go for a tank at least 2 1/2 feet wide if not 3. Just so the aro has not problems turning around.

Big as you can get,
either a 280g (72"x30"x31") or a 300g wide (96"x30"x25") would be great.

I wouldn't go ant narrower than 30" with that Arowana. I had a Saratoga once that had to do a sort of front flip out of the tank to turn around in a 6X2X2 he was eventually relocated to a local Aquarium.
