..fully grown of all of these? I'm thinking 150-200gallon

1x Jaguar Cichlid
2x Dempseys
1x Green Terror
1x Red Texas Cichlid
1x Longnose Gar
2x Red Spotted Severums

Turns out my 300 gallon didn't work out, so now I'm going to be picking up a 100 gallon to start out these guys (they are all fry, and I might just say no on the LSN now. Actually about 95% sure I'm going to have to cancel my LSN :( :( :(.) Juvi, these guys should be fine in a 100 right? For about 6-8 months then upgraded to a 150gal.

i would say a small pool..jk but really over 300g.

minimum of 200 gallon tank - 240 gallon tank would be great in my opinion

i think 240g would be the minimum and you gotta have good filtration too.

Before it was 150gal when I asked, now it's a 250 :(! Is it the jag that is causing all this size problems.. what if I take out the jaguar? Apparentally the gar is causing problems too, which is sad cause I really wanted one of those guys.

Let's say we take out the gar and the jag, is the 100gallon going to be okay with them for a 6-10 months at 1-3"?

IMO its the gar and howmuch swimming room it needs. but i take back he 300g+ u might be able to do it in a 240

So if I don't get a gar and the jag, can I go with some other medium SA/CA? A Geophagus, Threadfin.. something like this I guess;

2x Dempseys
1x Green Terror (Gold Saum)
2x Red Spotted Severums
1x Demon Earth Eater
1x Geophagus * (Not sure on exact species yet, something colorful and blue :p)

I guess I could use some bottom feeders and top feeders, pictus cats or a albino sailfin pleco? Are they okay for a bit in the 100gallon?

I'm sorry I'm asking so many questions, I just really want to do this right. But simple fact there is not a 200+ gallon tank for sale right now, but I know down the road there will be. I do want to upgrade, because that'll give me a reason to put something else in this 100 gallon. FYI, this will be filtered by either a FX5 or 2x AC110s.

you could probably do that in a 6 foot 120, i'd go a lil bigger though.

catfish are good, pictus or four line are nice.
