How big was your Adonis when it lost its spots?

All my previous Adonis lost their spots at about 10" (TL without streamers). This guy is 13" and still has nice spots. He grew up in my African tank so perhaps it was the higher pH from all the limestone or the white color. When did yours lose its spots?

My last Adonis was around 10-11" without streamers and still had its spots. My new one is around 4" without streamers and it seems it is already loosing spots. Both kept in CA/SA cichlid community with 7ish PH

Mine is about 16" TL without streamers and still has a good amount of spots on him. IDK if it is partly due to keeping him in a tank with no light and soft water.
