How big was your RTC??

how big was your RTC when u first got him?? I personally have never kept one but i was at my lfs and they have a tank of 10 or so RTC's tht look to be about 1 to 1 1/2 inches. I was extremely tempted to get one but better judgement and blah blah blah these guys were awesome and i was wondering if finding them so small is normal.

my red tail was right around about 2.5 inches when i got him... he is about 2 months old pushing about 7 to 8 inches now...

Man they grow fast! It was a little deceiving how cute they were in the lfs

Both were about 2 inches .... both now over 48"

my first rtc was 1.5" when i bought it then sold it at around 18". couple of days ago bought another one at around 6 to 7". would be a monster in no time!
