How big will I get + a look alike

They are like a penguin in that the bottom of the tail is black and the top is clear. They have grown from 2" to 4" in a couple of months (top picture). I would like to know how big they may get. Also there is an imposter in the group. It's tail is clear and the bars are different (next 3 pictures). They are very fast and hard to photograph. The last picture shows them with some Hypselobarbus jerdoni and a red head geo. Any information would be appreciated.

thats what i was thinking too. they get fairly large and they also can jump out of any small cracks in the lid! i had one jump out of my tank and i found it on the floor stiff as a board.
 
I have a banded leporinus and love him/her. Definately full of personality and can definately hold its own against cichlids.

He likes to arrange the sand under my rocks to his liking and he is very fast. I have never had a problem with him jumping though, might have to keep that in mind since i want to take the glass tops off the 75 when getting LED's.
