How big...?

How big does a full grown Channel Cat get? Mine is about as long as a 10gal is wide. (i havent measured >.>) And i need a bigger tank for it and a Hybrid Bluegill. Any ideas on what sized tank?

they get up around 3 feet and can weigh up to ive heard 80 or so pounds,ur gona need at least a 200 gallon id say

Some people have siad they get like 700 lbs Is that true?

no, blue cats can get 700 lbs but its rare. Many people confuse blue cats and channel cats. channel cats get around 2-3' and 10-20lbs

after the channel gets full grown, about 3' and 80-100 pounds you aren't going to have a bluegill, and blue catfish don't reach 700lbs, the world record is less than 150lbs
