I am going to say 600 minimum, preferably bigger. You are looking at 7 fish all a foot long to 2 feet long. Most of them are also big swimmers and will need a tank as long as possible.

I'd say same pretty much. You still have foot and half to 2 foot fish that swim around a lot. They need space to swim. Even if you only had one of those fish, besides the tang and bigeye you would need a very large tank.

I am also not sure the 2 angels would get along being they are quite similar. If you started them together when young you shouldn't have any problems though.
