How can i make my fry grow fastest??

i have 11 half inch to 1" convict fry that i need to make them grow fast to put in my main tank there currently in my 2.5foot tank,

can anyone help me with ideas on how to make my fish grow fast?

oh and im doing 80% water changes weekly

Yup, big water changes and lots of good quality food. I'd recommend supplementing with cyclops-eez if you can find it.

Ive had babie guppies have literally NO developement for several months(only time I bred fish).They eventually died. They were fed well to. anyone know whats up with that??
P.S. this was 1 1/2-2 years ago so forgive me if I dont remember all the details.

feed a varied diet. Protien and such, and try instead of big water changes every week try daily smaller ones. Also the bigger the grow out tank the more space they have to grow out.

I use decapsulated brine shrimp eggs (brine shrimp direct website). They are relatively inexpensive, and very nutritious. I get a great growth rate on that.
Feed them several times a day, you want their little bellies to be full.
