How can I make this better?

Hello,

Here is my current tank layout, but I am not entirly happy with the layout.

Any suggestions at to what to change or add will be greatly received. I am looking at buying more live plants like those in the background this weekend.

Yep. These are older, still nibble, but not enough to make any impact.

I have added some jave fern plants and had a slight re-shuffle of the wood. I am happy with the result and the fish appear to be more relaxed.

Q: did you change the lighting too? or maybe your camera? because the 2nd shot also looks much better lit too . . .

The lighting is the same, but I have been experimenting with my camera settings. I also turned off most of the room lights.

I set me camera to manual with F 5.6 and 1 second exposure.
