How can I train my Motoro to eat mp?

Hi everyone. Im new here at MFK, I have a motoro she's about 7 to 8 inches in disc diameter. she wont take any other food besides tubifex worms, i want to train her to eat mp, i even tried to starve her for 5 days and still wont eat mp. pls help me. TIA

BTW, does stingrays tail regenerates?
