They ignore a lot of fire related problems in this videa, I think someone is pursueing their own agenda here.
Tall buildings are prone to sequential collapse which is what demo guys initiate on purpose. to drop a tall building you only need to twist a few key support members on one or two floors and that will cause an infolding effect of the floor below it that repaets on each floor under the impact of those above it. Temps well below that needed to burn steel will soften it and make it malleable and will also calcine concrete removing it's stiffening effect on the steel. As for building 7 once a building is damaged it looses it's occupational rating and becomes unsafe so must be demolished or pose a slowly growing threat.

On a related note I have been an advocate of removing the cabin access door from commercial airplanes since that spate of hijackings in the early 70s. Make the planes with the only access to the pilot's compartment being from the outside of the plane and usable only while the plane is on the ground. It may seem cold but even if every passenger is killed at least the plane can not be used as a weapon by a hijacker.
