If a pbass is 2-3" big, how can tell you tell if its a mono, orin, terms? I checked a lot of baby pic in the forum, and they all look the same. Is there an identify chart for baby pbass? ;)

tems have a straight line horizontally along their body.
other pbass have spots.
dont know how to differentiate other species though.

yeah it gets difficult with mono/occel/orino at such a small size

orino has red eyes, but other than that you pretty much wait till they grow to get an accurate ID

They all have red eye capabilities ;) especially when or before feeding... Constant red usually means Ocel,Orino, or Farmed Hybrid.

Monos do get red eyes occasionally though ;)

you can tell a tems from the rest but monos and occels are hard to tell. In a picture, orinos look like monos and occels but if you're face to face with baby monos and orinos you'll see the difference. that's my experience.
