if your fish are "horseplaying" or showing signs of aggression

weather they "zero in" and put all their focus and energy into the other fish they're "playing" with. is the deal breaker in my tank.. anything less gets watched. my fire eels bash eachother around pretty rough at times. but they all eat well and otherwise act normal, no ones hiding all the time or hesitant at feeding time. My Arrow and Gar would circle, and one or the other would slowly stalk the other one all over until in range to attack... I could put my hand in the tank and poke the aggressor and no reaction. Both fish lost body mass and had torn fins fairly quickly. neither ate very well and where skittish as heck anytime someone would enter the room, part of this is the nature of these fish. BUt once seperated both fish where alot more "bold"

discus, sevs, fronts, geos, dats, and a parrot----the parrot seems to be playing or getting aggressive towards everyone. he keeps rubbing on all the fish then chase them around then start rubbing on them again

i know the stock sounds different but everyone gets along well with the exception of this parrot. the discus feed well and are very stable.

Is the parrot doing damage to the fish he is rubbing?

Are his co-inhabitants showing signs of stress / not eating?

No fin damage all habitats eating very well, colors are great. Because of the parrots small mouth I'm not sure if he can due any damage. I'm starting to wonder if he/she is trying to mate.
