They put flouride (I think that's what it's called) in our city water to whiten our teeth, but water usually only touches certain parts of certain teeth.
Meaning that alot of Cincinnatians have average teeth with bleached white spots.

13th, 41st, and 55th for NYC. The water's soft and neutral, but has chloramines.
In FL it's hard and basic, but has no chloramines.
I like both I guess.
