I bought a green terror about 10 months ago. he was 2 inches maybe, after I bought him I slacked so bad with water changes I was just so busy and even neglected to feed my fish some days. it even got to the point where one of my fish got a little hith. once I saw this I knew I had to find time to get back to how I used to be and actually do something. I finally started taking care of my tank extra good like it should be done. you know water changes, cleaning filters,algae, feeding twice a day etc. I did notice something interesting , my green terror is legitimately 8 inches right now and I have NO idea how that happened. hes a beast and hes super healthy. he even bangs the glass and is extremely territorial. no signs of disease or sickness. its been a couple months taking care of him but im wondering how he got so big despite the fact that his w/c were so minimal. could it be that he was only sharing a tank with very few fish or genetics maybe? what do u guys think??
