How do i clean my sand!!! help

ok heres the question how do i get all the crap off the sand in my 200 gallon without sucking up all the sand help its freshwater

I swirl the grave vac over the top to stir the sand up which releases the poo to suck up

Whatever sand that gets sucked up when I vacuum, just goes into the 5 Gallon pail. I just dump off the water, add tap water, swirl around, dump debris out and add the sand back to the tank.
