40 gallon breeder
Medium light (8am-5pm)
Co2 (1-2 bubbles a second)
Eheim 2215 filter
Weekly 40% water changes
Dry ferts macros and micros every other day

I only have red cherry shrimp in there currently. The green algae has gotten worse and is starting to cover most of the gravel in the tank. What should I do? I have already cut back on feeding.

Might want to try cutting back on the ferts as well. Algae, like plants, need light and nutrients. The hardest part is finding the balance that works for your plants, but doesn't allow the algae to flourish. Maybe add more plants as well, depending on how densely planted your tank already is.
