well my fire eel is Not getting better so i think i might just put him down but idk how to? he is skinney and still has the lump.

clove oil is generally recommended. They just go to sleep slowly and never wake up.

It is all what you can handle though. THe quickest way is to cut his head off but I wouldn't have the stomach for that.

Some people put them in water and in the freezer as well.

Yeah, clove oil is the best way, but I'm not sure that I'd be so quick to euthenize it...

This is possibly the worst method of euthanization, just imagine how you'd feel if you were put into a kiddie pool filled with water and then dropped off in Antarctica to slowly freeze to death... not exactly a comfortable situation...

There's no reason to add vodka, clove oil. will get the job done fine by itself and involves no pain whatsoever. I'd think that if anything, adding vodka would just make it painful.

Yep mix of clove oil and vodka is recomended...

No need to look up mixture though....High concentrate mix to low volume of water will be just fine......
