how do I enter potm? first time submitting photo

As stated above this will be the first time I submit a photo for the march contest. My question is where do I send it into? All the threads of peoples submissions I see all say "sent, or pm'd". I have posted pics on mfk before but not potm. Can someone please give me some direction here? Thank you.
