Currently, Java moss make up about 1/8 of my 10 gal tank where the Cardinal Tetra frys are housed. Is there enough infusoria in the Java moss to feed the fry for 3-5 days before theyre big enough to eat microworms?

I would say yes esp for 3-5 days. You can also buy some staple fry food. I know Tetra made some years back that was a very very fine powder the fry grew very quickly on it.
seeing as how you have the moss, if you are really concerned, grind some flake food down to a powder and sprinkle it over the moss. it will trap some of the food and the fry will get enough nutrition from this method until they are large enough to eat other foods. congrats!
