How do I get my juvenile midevil to chill?

He has all his tank mates scared. Hes with 2 FH's one of which is 3times his.size and 2 jacks one is twice his size and a little gt. What can i do to make him stop being such a douche or does anyone have a suggestion for him in terms of a suitable mate. I put a pic of the midevil and the big fh for comparison

Give him his own tank. Problem solved. Chances are he ain't going to chill, just get nastier and nastier.

I added a big pvc pipe with holes and now the big flowerhorn decided he wanted to run the tank and he is chasing everything but the little fh

As RDs mature they can become very aggressive. You may not be able to do much about it especially since it is housed with a couple of other cichlids that are usually aggressive. What is the size of your tank? Inadequate tank size can also contribute to aggression. If there is lack of space, cichlids will sometime become highly territorial and more combative. You also have to consider the sex of the fish in your care. That can also lead to problems.
