how do i get the babies out without breaking down my tank?

Ok someone gave me his africans i've posted a pic before of the tank
they breed like flies and i want to add some other varieties
problem is, i've fot 500lbs of rock and hiding places in the 120
how do i catch the babies?
remember i am NOT a gadget handy girl
can i buy a fishtrap somewhere or what?

use a python and siphon them out or any gravel cleaner
if no python get a rubber hose and siphon them out
