how do i get those cool stickers that everyone uses in their signature?

Not sure what you mean by stickers. If you mean the ones under the name they are essentially like achievement badges for doing something awesome. The fish type under your name is just about post number. After 50 I believe you become an exodon, and it progresses from there at certain numbers, ranging from GTF to piranha to stingray.
You are new here. You start off as a feeder fish and as your post count/reaction score increases so will your fish status, so if you regularly post good stuff you'll move through the various fish stages pretty quick. But these are only a bit of fun.
The badges/awards/stickers that I think you are referring to are more serious. You have to be pretty good in all sorts of areas to achieve these. It might be photography, or breeding, or just showing in depth knowledge over a wide range of subjects. And there are various tiers for these which go right up to extremely advanced hobbyist level. These type of awards aren't given out lightly.
For now though, just enjoy yourself on the forum.
