hey every one, i just got my first teacup stingray a couple of weeks ago. he is very healthy and active. the guy at the fish shop told me that they were and feeding him, but that was bull ****. i keep trying and its too scared to come near my hand. what is the proper way to go about training him to eat from my hand?

^ Not sure about rays, but normally takes time for a fish to settle in its new environment before it will start to build the confidence to handfeed...

When your fish is ready, the best bet would be to find a food you would know it will eat, and hold it underwater near the fish and let the fish slowly get accustomed to taking food from your hand... but just as a heads up, don't expect this to happen over night, as it can take a fish a while to warm up to its owner...
