I currently have a pair in a 10 gallon by themselves with one tiger barb for them to chase around. They've dug out holes in a cave and a coconut and they are both very red. Is there anything I can do to help them out breed?

I'd just wait. ;) Make sure they are well fed, and once you see the female hiding in one of the caves more than usual, and the male also inside, or outside guarding the entrance, you most likely have eggs. :)
And once you know that they have spawned, I would remove the Barb, just in case. Don't want to lose any fry! In my tank I don't have any other fish other than the pair of Kribs.
