I have bought several lil 3" Diam of Baby Tears and with in a week they start to fall apart. I am setting up my 300gl and want to try some again. this time Im asking the experts:naughty:
I dont have anything fancy like regulators and I dont want to get any. is there a way to get them healthy in my tank with out that stuff?
Do I have to acclimate them or something (last time I did the drip method, but still died on me:screwy:)?

Thanks for your healp:D

Plants don't need to be acclimated. If you dry start it is easier. With a tank as big as 300 gallons, co2 will be needed, and lighting will have to be pretty extreme.

I had a lot of Anubias with no Co2 and a good source of light.
What do you mean by dry start??

Dry start is where you start the plants emersed, in the gravel, and once established add water. Anubias are low light, and can handle very poor conditions, HC on the other hand is a high light plant, and must have high light, with high light comes co2.
