I would say use the dimensions of your tank and then however tall you want it to be and just make a simple one and drill it together. Use a couple pieces in the center for extra support. So I would say get some 2x4s, screws and a drill and go to town. Pick a paint of choice and just make sure the bottom is level. You will be fine. Good thing is if you mess up its cheap to start over

Well, its the same as the dimensions of your tank, except you want the stand to be higher of course, maybe 3 foot high?
The base and top will be the measurements of your tank so if that is what your tank is than it should be fine.
