Ok i'm no engineer. but i'd like some simple plans to make a stand for (2)two 55 gallon tanks.
I already have a stand for one of them. but the other 55 won't fit underneath it. I'd like to have them stacked on the same stand.
I guess i'm wondering what kind of wood to use, how thick the wood should be, how thick the legs need to be. should i use nails or screws?, I like varinish finish. but it should be water proof too right?
how high can it be before it gets to unstable? I'd like to see them from my bed which sits kind of high.
the tanks are standard 55 gallons 2x4x1 or whatever.
