How do I remove stubborn Aquairum stains ?

Just got a tank from a friend of mine and it is quite dirty! Stains can't be removed ! Need help here!!

What's the best way to clean the entire tank ! There are some openings when the bracing of tank covers and there is crap underneath it!

Really need help !

White vinegar and some elbow grease has always done the job for me. Works as well as bleach and isn't nearly so potent.

Good ol Wilkinson Sword razor blades due the trick for me. Put electricial tape on the side you hold in your hands.
