How do I sex an asian?

I've just lost one of my RTG's after it was battered by the other three. Since then I've removed the divider from the 180g and have been watching them intently.
I've noticed that one of them keeps to itself and the other two seem to swim together all the time. I'm guessing that the two that stick together are a pair. One looks long and slender and the other is short and stocky.
Is there any way to sex them at about 9-10"?

First you must buy her dinner and drinks. JK. Ther is supposed to be a way you can do it by measuring the head. Males are supposed to be wider and deeper but unless they actually do the deed its difficult even for the experts.

yeh there is a way but its not exact,only works for asian aros if i recall correctly and usually for 24"+ asian aro,and yes males have wider,deeper mouth so they can hold the fries
