how do i sex convicts?

males larger and has more pointed fins a and d. but best way is female will have red-orange scales in the belly region
 
are they really in a biorb? sexing them sshouldnt be your first worry
 
cool i think its laid eggs because she is realy aggressive and chasing everything from the cave bit.but i have white sand and cannot tell if she has but she is always in the cave bit llike guarding it!
 
female is smaller with a yellowy orange belly males are bigger pointyer fins some males get a small bump like my dads male in the pick below, havent got a pic of the female though sorry thats gone.
 
the eggs will be a a fair bit bigger than the sand.
