I have a breeding pair of green fliers, and the male is layin the smack down on my female. What do I do? What could I use as dithers?

There's about 20 1/2-1" juvies in the tank. He's cleaned off a spot, and he's nipped up the females tail and scales. She lost breeding coloration, and looks stressed. She hides from him all the time in the corner. If I take the juvies out will they breed again, and thus end the violence?

id take out the fry and set up a divider for a few days. they should calm down and she'll return to her normal colors.
