How do i treat for gill flukes???

I have a 75g with a 12"CK, 2-Geo's, 2-Blood parrots(Patients), Endlie Bichir, and a Senegal Bichir. My two BP's have flukes, or atleast I am almost sure they do....enflamed gills, red things hanging out of them and scratching all over the tank. Should I treat the whole tank?
cant do anything until tomorrow morning...

Use Parasite Clear by Jungle Labs.

I used Parasite Clear once to treat flukes, and it worked great! (obvious improvements in 24 hours).
BONUS: also does not affect Beneficial Bacteria

The main ingredient is praziquantel, which is used to treat flukes and internal parasites. [Active ingredients: praziquantel; N-[[(N-Chlorophenyl)amino]carbon 1]-2,6-difluorobenzamide; metronidazole; acriflavine.]

Can get at Petsmart or Petco.
